We want you to love your art prints! If something is wrong with your order, please reach out right away. Simply send an email with your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@macart8.com. Whether it’s a printing error, damage during shipping, or any other concern, we’re here to make it right.
We offer two solutions for order issues:
1. Replacement: If you would prefer a replacement, we’ll quickly process a new order for you at no extra cost.
2. Refund: If you don’t want a replacement, we’ll issue a full refund for the affected item.
Please make sure to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
